SOP - Video KYC Concurrent Auditor
Purpose - Video KYC (VKYC) Concurrent Auditor will check all VKYC Verified and Rejected cases. VKYC Concurrent Auditor is expected to complete customer due diligence as per laid out process and can take 3 actions after reviewing the VKYC
Provide final approval to VKYC
Ask to recapture VKYC
Reject VKYC
The concurrent also need to check the following details:
Liveliness Questions:
The concurrent auditor will check the video for the responses to the 2 random verification questions asked in live call. In case of any prompting during the liveliness check, the VKYC will be rejected. If only one liveliness question is validated the request will be reopened.
DOB validation: The concurrent auditor will check with VKYC to verify that the customer DOB should match with Aadhar and PAN
The concurrent auditor will mark the case as Ask to Recapture on finding any of the following reasons in the VKYC recording -
Business Reasons
Customer does not have original PAN
Customer image not clear
PAN Card not clear
Signature not clear
Lack of sufficient light
Location is out of India
Documents not updated
Details marginally different
Other people seen around customer during the call
Black/Blue pen not available
Face mismatch % lower than 70%
Technical Reasons
No audio and video - beginning of call
No audio and video - between the call
The concurrent auditor will mark the case as Rejected on finding any of the following reasons in the VKYC recording -
Name inconsistencies
PAN number / image different
2 security questions fail
Face is not visible on documents
1 or more questions answered incorrectly
Face does not match the documents
Document seems tampered
Minor PAN
DOB mismatch
Prompting
The TAT expected for a VKYC recording to be verified by the concurrent auditor is 60 seconds
