A: Follow these steps to deactivate your account:

  • Go to Settings & Preferences:
    •  Navigate to the settings section present in your profile.
  • Click on "Deactivate Account":
    • Find and select the "Deactivate Account" option.
  • Select Reason:
    • Choose a reason for deactivation from the provided list or add your reason.
  • Review account balance, holdings and place deactivation request
    • Ensure you have no holdings and your account balance is zero.

If you meet these conditions, you can place the deactivation request by clicking on "Next". For assistance, contact our support team.
